Jaymi Almonte

Jaymi Almonte, CHRP, CHRM, serves as the Head of Employee Experience at Moove since July 2024. Prior experience includes HR Transformation and Global Process Manager at IHS Towers, where collaboration with key stakeholders enhanced the digital experience for over 3,000 employees. Jaymi's extensive background at Nokia spanned several roles including HR Operations Team Lead for the Middle East and Africa, focusing on employee experience for over 90,000 employees, and as Total Rewards and Data Management Lead. Jaymi also led compensation and benefits initiatives and standardization projects during the Alcatel Lucent buyout. Prior positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Siemens included roles in compensation and benefits, HR operations, and full employment life cycle management. Jaymi holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Business Management from St. Scholastica's College, Manila.
