Naomi Armitage

Naomi Armitage has a strong background in HR and employee development. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Employee Experience at LRQA, where they are responsible for implementing key processes and programs to deliver an exceptional employee experience. Prior to this, Naomi worked at Nuffield Health, where they held various roles such as Head of Learning & Development, Head of Talent Development, and Head of Business Change and Transformation - People Services and Workday. Through these roles, they partnered with executive and senior leadership to drive decision-making and project implementation in areas such as leadership, employee wellbeing, and professional development. Naomi has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, policy compliance, diversity and inclusion, and talent development.

Naomi Armitage completed their BA Hons in Hospitality and Food Management from the University of Birmingham in 2002. Naomi later pursued an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Hult Ashridge, which they completed in 2023.
