Karen Elsdon

Karen Elsdon is a Talent Project Manager at Moove. Karen has a wealth of experience in Human Resources, having worked in senior positions at various companies including Santander UK, Schroders, and Post Office Ltd.

Karen started their career in HR at The Law Society, where they worked as an Interim Head of Resourcing. Karen then took a break to have their first child, before returning to work as a Senior Project Manager at Dixons Carphone and Cielo Talent.

In 2013, Karen became an HR Project Manager at Penna, and the following year they took on the role of Contingent Workforce Specialist at Telefónica Digital.

Karen has been with Moove since January 2022 and has been managing talent projects for the company.

Karen Elsdon completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy at McMaster University.
