Vanessa Ferris

Vanessa Ferris currently serves as the Head of People & Culture and Global Head of Internal Communications & Employer Brand at Moove, where responsibilities include delivering strategic People and Communications initiatives alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff. Prior experience includes roles at TMP Worldwide UK as a Senior Strategist and Client Partner, working on employer brand strategy and winning multiple awards for campaign excellence. Vanessa also held leadership positions at PeopleScout UK, including Chair of the Developing Female Talent group, and contributed to TEDxClapham as a co-organizer. Additional roles span freelance event management and marketing positions, culminating in a BSc in Biology from the University of Leeds.
