In 2015, they joined moovin Immobilien GmbH as the CEO, a position they currently hold.
Fabian Mellin obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Science - Hochschule Fresenius, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. From taking photos to handing over the apartment, moovin takes care of all the steps in the rental process. Thanks to valuable digitization actions within the letting process the PropTech rents out much faster and with better quality. Thanks to the Web App the client always has a transparent insight into the letting progress. With the technological possibilities of the software moovin creates more efficient processes in order to be able to generate a positive contribution margin.
