Katharina Rybakov

Katharina Rybakov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Grafik und Digital at JANSSEN GOUTTE Werbeagentur GmbH for two months. Katharina then moved to pilot-group, where they worked in Digital und Kreation from August to December 2016. In 2018, they joined FOODBOOM GmbH as a Produkt- und Projektmanagement until February 2019. From 2017 as a Freelancer, Rybakov worked as a Designer, specializing in Corporate Branding, Markenaufbau und Logo Entwicklung, Website Gestaltung und UX-Design, Fashion-, Portrait- und Hochzeitsfotografie, Messestand Gestaltung, Katalog, Broschüre, Flyer, and Visitenkarten Gestaltung, as well as Advertising and SEO. In 2019, they joined moovin Immobilien GmbH as a Product Owner & Business Development Managerin. Currently, they are the Gründerin und Geschäftsführerin of NONOI Studio, a sustainable fashion start-up that focuses on producing new slow fashion pieces from second-hand materials.

Katharina Rybakov received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Design, Branding Design, and Graphic Design from HAWK - University of Applied Science and Arts in the years 2014 to 2017. Katharina then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Creative Communication and Brand Management from Pforzheim University from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they also had the opportunity to study Business, Management, and Marketing at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Additionally, they obtained a Toefel.itp certification from Hochschule Pforzheim in 2018 and an Entrepreneurship Zertifikat from HAWK Hochschule in 2016.
