Ignacio Opazo Gana

Ignacio Opazo Gana has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2008, Ignacio worked as a Web Developer at eClass, where they developed internal and external websites, including billing systems and e-learning platforms. Ignacio then progressed to become the Jefe de Desarrollo, leading development teams and implementing agile methodologies.

In 2014, Ignacio transitioned to the role of Sub Gerente Desarrollo de Negocio at eClass, responsible for managing development teams and aligning technology projects with business needs. Ignacio later became the Product Manager, focusing on improving business opportunities and expanding system capabilities.

In 2017, Ignacio joined MoveApps as a Full Stack Developer, where they led client projects and contributed to the learning and development of new talents within the company. Ignacio also served as the General Manager, overseeing the company's growth and successfully increasing sales and client base during the pandemic.

In 2018, Ignacio worked as an Agile Team Facilitator and Scrum Master at Coopeuch, leading the development of the Atomo application, enabling remote credit sales with advanced digital signature processes. During their time there, the application achieved significant sales and adapted to the needs of clients in remote areas of Chile.

In 2019, Ignacio became the CTO at Moovx, where they were responsible for creating integration platforms for telecom companies and developing digital platforms for event management associated with vehicle insurance.

Most recently, in 2022, Ignacio joined Acueducto as a Technical Lead.

Ignacio Opazo Gana completed their education in the field of Informatics. From 2005 to 2009, they attended Duoc Uc, where they obtained a degree as an Ingeniero de Ejecucion en Informatica with a specialization in Desarrollo de Sistemas Informaticos. In 2008, they continued their studies at Duoc UC and completed a program in Ingeniería informática, though there is no specific mention of a degree. Ignacio extended their education at Duoc UC till 2013 and received a Grado en Ingeniería, also in the field of Ingeniería informática.
