Kristen Finney

Kristen Finney is the Senior Director at Morae. Kristen has over 10 years of experience in client services and project management. Kristen is responsible for the oversight, leadership, development, and coaching of 12 project managers. Kristen also oversees the service delivery of all direct reports to ensure the best quality of project management and consultation is provided to external clients. Kristen has a proven track record in initiating proactive coaching opportunities for team members to strengthen skills and knowledge around client communication and interaction, client service delivery, internal workflows and technology, and team collaboration. Kristen is also experienced in providing constructive feedback and recommendations to team members as needed, conducting performance reviews, and making appropriate recommendations for employee growth and development. In their current role, Kristen also assigns projects to team members, monitors and manages PM utilization and work allocation, and collaborates with senior leadership on organization-wide initiatives and efforts. Kristen also serves as the primary point of contact for three high revenue accounts within the organization. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring portfolio clients maximize subscription utilization using customized KPI reporting, playbooks, SOPs, financial tracking, and portfolio usage statistics. Kristen also consults with the development team to create propriety tools to maximize client experience and serves as a SME for those tools, supporting the sales team in presenting those tools to other clients. In addition, Kristen coordinates with project managers and support teams working on the same account, implementing best practices to ensure consistent service and quality work product. Kristen also provides guidance on a variety of best practices including information governance and legal hold as well as global privacy laws, chain of evidence. Furthermore, Kristen coordinates with internal IT and operations teams to comply with client audit and other InfoSec demands.

Kristen Finney has a Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law, a B.A. in Political Science from Saint Cloud State University, and a high school diploma from Kittson Central High School.
