Pam Griggs has extensive experience in business development within the staffing industry, currently serving in this capacity at Morales Group Inc. Staffing since August 2008, focusing on the greater Indianapolis area. In addition, Pam has been involved with Accion Performance, a subsidiary of Morales Group Inc., delivering staffing solutions that cater to labor-intensive projects. Previous roles include Apartment Community Manager at Green Mountain Realty, where Pam oversaw 388 units, and Business Development positions at CBS Personnel Services, Elderlite Express, and First Call Temporary Services, where Pam significantly contributed to business growth and client relationship management. Education was completed at Richmond High School.
