Andrew Raia

Andrew Raia is an experienced Business Solutions Manager at Moran Towing Corporation since November 2009, overseeing end-user systems and managing the application life-cycle for Line of Business systems, while also implementing business solutions using various platforms. Previously, Andrew served as Service Desk Manager, where a multi-tier model was established to significantly enhance ticket resolution efficiency, and prior to that as Network Administrator, managing extensive corporate networks and servers. Andrew's earlier positions include Network Administrator at A&Z Trucking and CTO at Polar Global, a startup focusing on NVR and IP camera technology. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music from Purchase College, SUNY.
