Robert Brow has had extensive work experience as a Chief Engineer in the maritime industry. robert started their career with K-Sea Transportation, Inc. in 1997 and held the position until 2007. robert then joined Moran Towing and Transportation in 2007 as a Chief Engineer, and they have been with the company ever since.

Robert Brow's education history is as follows:

From 1978 to 1982, they attended the US COAST GUARD MACHINERY TECH A SCHOOL, where they pursued a degree in ALL VESSEL SYSTEMS with a specialization in PRATT-WHITNEY FT4A GAS TURBINE SCHOOL.

In 1980, they obtained a certification in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology/Technician from KAMEWHA VARIABLE PITCH PROP SYSTEMS.

Additionally, Robert Brow has obtained several certifications. In July 2007, they obtained the STCW certification from USCG. In May 2021, they achieved the certifications of CHIEF ENGINEER LIMITED OCEANS 6000 HP, DDE UNLIMITED, and CHIEF ENGINEER OSV 3000 ITC, all from USCG. Furthermore, in December 2021, they obtained the TWIC certification from USCG. Lastly, in June 2022, they obtained the CPR/AED/FIRST AID certification from the New York City Fire Department.
