Ajinkya holds a Master's in Labour Studies, HR & IR from the Regional Labour Institute (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Law from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (2014-2017). Additionally, Ajinkya is pursuing the CS Executive program through The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, covering various aspects of company and tax laws, industrial laws, and securities law.
