Stephanie Vasta is the current Director of Communications & Marketing at MORAVIAN ACADEMY. Prior to this, they spent 10 years at Rodale Inc., where they held the position of Executive Director, Consumer Marketing Prevention and Rodale's Organic Life. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs, as well as managing over $10 million in revenue from D2C product sales. Stephanie was able to increase revenue by over $400,000 through successful social media programs for Men’s Health, Runner’s World, and Prevention branded products. Stephanie also increased revenue by over $150,000 by enhancing existing DVDs with new, branded Men’s Health product.
During their time at Rodale Inc., Stephanie also led the development of integrated marketing campaigns and drove their continuous improvement based on KPIs. Stephanie increased email acquisition through new, engaging content utilizing Facebook lead ad and on-site Bounce Exchange unit placements. In addition, Stephanie established pricing strategies and confirmed viability through testing and P&L confirmation. Stephanie also collaborated with product development to create new products and enhance existing products.
Stephanie Vasta graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) before attending Northwestern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications.
Stephanie Vasta reports to Adrianne Finley Odell, Interim Head of School. They are on a team with Abby Mahone - Director of Downtown Campus, Megan Franzyshen - Director of Swain Campus, and Dylan Deal - Director of Merle-Smith Campus.
