Cristián Rodriguez M

Cristián Rodriguez M has worked in various roles since 1999. Cristián began their career as a Production Supervisor at Tico Electronics from 1999 to 2002. Cristián then moved to Riteve SyC as a Service Manager from 2002 to 2008, where they implemented the ISO 9001-2000 certification, as well as Lean-TPM and 5S programs. Cristián was then Service Manager at Maquinaria y Tractores (Matra) from 2008 to 2009, where they increased sales by 40%. Cristián then moved to Polaris Industries as General Manager Costa Rica from 2009 to 2010, restructuring the organization and implementing an ERP system. From 2011 to 2020, they worked as Regional Sales Manager at Morcom International, Inc., developing business in Central America and Panama with exclusive representation in the region. Since 2020, they have been the General Manager at MORCOM PANAMA LIMITED S.A.

Cristián Rodriguez M received their Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR between 1993 and 2000. Cristián then went on to obtain their Maestria en Sistemas Modernos de Manufactura from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2007 and 2009. Cristián is currently pursuing their Maestria en Administración de Negocios from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, which they began in 2011.
