Nior Jara Pezo

Nior Jara Pezo is a Visual Content Manager and Creator at More Good Foundation since February 2021. Prior to this role, Nior accumulated diverse experience in administrative and marketing functions. At XG Convert from August 2015 to June 2020, Nior served as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Commercial Assistant, focusing on financial management and supporting commercial strategies. Nior also worked briefly as an Assistant Accounts Payable at Metso in early 2019, where financial data was recorded and vendor communications managed. Earlier experience includes a role as an Account Executive in Marketing at COMPIPRO Artículos Publicitarios, where Nior fostered customer relationships and contributed to the company’s branding efforts. Nior holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho and has a degree in Marketing from Instituto Peruano de Marketing - IPM.
