Adva Partiel serves as the Head of Sales and Business Development at More Investment House since 2021, leading the establishment of the employer network and business development strategies. Previous experience includes over a decade at Migdal Insurance in various leadership roles in sales and business development, significantly increasing sales performance and managing complex negotiations with high-profile clients. Adva holds a degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Open University of Israel and completed pension counseling studies at אורין שפלטר College.
