Jim has held senior roles in companies such as MORE Residential, Monogram Residential Trust, Behringer Harvard Residential, and Archstone. Jim has managed multifamily development projects, joint venture investments, and project finance nationally. Additionally, Jim has experience in real estate advisory and consulting services. Jim holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from SMU Cox School of Business.
