Rajesh Naidu

Rajesh Naidu is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major companies in the industry. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Circle Director for Karnataka & Maharashtra and East at More Retail Private Limited since December 2020, Rajesh previously held positions such as Assistant Vice President for Fresh & Grocery at SPAR India and National Category Head at Spencer's Retail. Starting their career in 2006, Rajesh has also worked with Aditya Birla Retail, Walmart, Mother Dairy, and ITC Limited. Educational qualifications include a PGDRM in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management, a Master’s in Horticulture from the University of Agricultural Sciences, and a Bachelor’s in Horticulture from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University.
