Rashish Sharma

Rashish Sharma is a National Category Manager for Snacks, Culinary & Indian Confectionery at More Retail Private Limited, overseeing product categories at a national level since December 2020. Previous roles include managing the activation and marketing finance, where Rashish planned and executed a loyalty program across over 700 stores and spearheaded marketing activation strategies for FMCG products. Rashish also led the expansion of the More Grocery App to 92 cities and successfully implemented inventory management practices, significantly improving stock availability and sales. Rashish's earlier experiences involved roles in digital marketing and internships focused on retail operations and consumer behavior across several well-known retail organizations. Rashish holds a PGDM in Retail Management from Birla Institute of Management Technology.
