Shyam Pai

Shyam Pai currently serves as the Head of Talent, Learning & Corporate HR at More Retail Private Limited, where responsibilities also encompass leading HR for Retail Operations & Supply Chain and Supermarkets since February 2018. Prior to this role, Shyam held the position of Head HR for Hypermarkets at Aditya Birla Retail Limited from August 2015 to February 2018, and previously led Human Resources at Jubilant Retail from 2011 to 2015. Earlier experience includes a senior consultant position in Human Capital at Ernst & Young, managing consultancy at the Performance Factory, and various managerial roles in operations and business development at Aviva Global Services and Sri Padmavathi Associates. Shyam began a career in banking at Syndicate Bank. Educational qualifications include a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from HRCI, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
