Fran Longstaff

Fran Longstaff, PhD, is a chartered Psychologist and registered Sport Psychologist with extensive experience in academia, having taught at institutions like Middlesex University and Northumbria University. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Head of Behavioural Science at Fika, where they contributed to improving team culture through innovative micro-training solutions. Currently, Fran leads research at More than Equal, where they ensure scientific integrity and rigor in their work. In addition to their professional career, Fran enjoys swimming, stand-up comedy, and spending time with their daughter.
