Zaya Pono

Zaya Pono has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they interned as an Account Management Intern at Grey Group. They then worked as an Editorial Writer at Summit Media from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they became a Community Manager at MRM Worldwide - McCann Worldgroup. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Executive in Digital Marketing at City of Dreams Manila. From 2015 to 2018, they held roles at iflix, first as a PR & Communications Manager and then as a Regional PR & Communications Manager - APAC. In 2018, they became a Communications Director at JET8 SOCIAL. They later joined Red Bull in 2019, initially as a Global Communications Manager, then as a Senior Global Communications Manager, and ultimately as the Head of Communications - Dance. In 2023, they founded and served as the Managing Director of Kultura. Currently, they are the Head of Marketing and Communications at >= More than Equal.
