Aki Nicolas

Aki Nicolas is a data entry specialist at More Than Words, where responsibilities include enhancing metrics spreadsheets for better efficiency, customer communication, and resolving inconsistencies in e-commerce marketplaces. Previously, Aki served as a business training manager at the same organization, significantly growing the e-commerce clothing department's revenue and designing individualized training programs. Aki also has experience as a household manager, improving children's routines and household operations, and as a DCLS ministry coordinator, where event logistics were coordinated and leadership development courses created. Additional roles include barista positions at Starbucks and It's A Grind Coffee House, along with sales experience at Best Buy. Aki holds a high school diploma from Canyon High School and further educational experiences from College of the Canyons and Dream Center Leadership School.
