More Than Words
Danielle Dottor is a committed professional with extensive experience in community resource advocacy, education, and support services. As a Senior Community Resource Advocate for More Than Words since January 2018, Danielle has previously held roles such as Community Resource Advocate and Intake and Recruitment Manager. Danielle's background includes a position as Building Manager at Northeastern University and various mentoring and teaching roles with organizations like Hyde Square Task Force and Girls' LEAP, where Danielle focused on tutoring students and teaching self-defense. Danielle has also contributed as a Family Advocate at Crossroads Family Shelter, a Medical Advocate at Day One RI, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Institute on Race and Justice, gaining valuable experience in advocacy and research. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Human Services from Northeastern University, with a minor in Ethnomusicology.
