Barry Spencer

Barry Spencer has extensive experience in operations and change management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Change Delivery at more 2 life since January 2014, Barry leads the technical operations and projects team. Prior to this role, Barry was Collections Manager at WageDayAdvance, overseeing a department of approximately 30 staff and focusing on staff development and strategic planning. Barry also has entrepreneurial experience as the owner of Smart Auto Body Clitheroe, providing mobile car bodywork repair services. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Money Tailor, managing debt management operations and personal finance teams, and a long tenure as Operations Manager at Homeloan Management Ltd. Barry completed education at Clitheroe Royal Grammar School from 1982 to 1989.
