Emily Myers is a dedicated social work professional with a diverse range of experiences in various roles within social services and academic settings. Currently, Emily serves as a Social Work Intern at Quality Care Solutions and Neurodiversity Empowerment Services, focusing on strengths-based, family-centered approaches to treatment. Previous positions include Program Coordinator at the Orange Resilience Initiative and Porter at the Morehead-Cain Foundation. Emily has also accumulated extensive experience in academic environments, managing a social psychology research lab at Purdue University and assisting in research on close relationships and attachment. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Purdue University and currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Emily combines practical experience with academic knowledge to advance in the field of social work.
