Emani K. Collins, Ph.D., is an accomplished educator and policy analyst with extensive experience in English instruction and educational management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Virgin Islands and Morehouse College, Emani also holds a part-time position as a Policy and Program Analyst for Youth Development and Education with the City of Atlanta. Recognized for excellence in teaching, Emani received the Outstanding Part-Time Teaching Award in 2022 and the Teacher Leadership Award in 2025, alongside being named Teacher of the Year for the 2024-2025 academic year at Purpose Built Schools. Emani's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Hampton University, a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of West Georgia, and a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Marketing from the same institution.
