Gabrielle Dunn serves as the Marketing Manager at Moreland Properties since June 2022, having previously held roles as Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Specialist. Prior experience includes a position as Social Media Manager at Fresh Image Cosmetic Surgery Center and a Development Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas. Gabrielle has also contributed to the Communication Council at the University of Texas at Austin, serving as a general member and in various leadership roles from 2019 to the present. As a Communication and Leadership Social Media Intern at the University, responsibilities included generating and monitoring social media content. Early career roles included summer camp coaching at Jump! Gymnastics and ASI Gymnastics, alongside independent childcare work and hosting children’s birthday parties with Kreative Kidz Partyz. Gabrielle Dunn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin and a High School Diploma from Plano West Senior High School.

In 1986, after eight years of experience in the real estate industry, founder Emily Moreland decided it was time to open her own brokerage firm. She always imagined a company that held the standards of professionalism, ethics, integrity, dependability, commitment and hard work as high as she did. She wanted a company that built relationships and gave back to the community. She wanted a company that loved the Austin area as much as she did (and still does). Four years later that company officially became Moreland Properties. Since those early beginnings, Moreland has sustained a pattern of solid growth, going from two agents in one location to over 75 agents in four locations. Referrals and repeat business from satisfied clients has fueled this rapid growth. Although Emily still plays an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the business, most of her time is spent supporting her agents and their clients' needs.
