Jatinder Dhari is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 18 years of experience in formulation research and development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Formulation R&D at Morepen Laboratories Limited India since April 2010, Jatinder is responsible for product development for both domestic and export markets, overseeing scale-up processes, reviewing technical documents, and managing a team of M. Pharm professionals. Prior to this role, Jatinder worked as a Sr. Research Scientist at Ind-Swift Limited from February 2005 to April 2010, where responsibilities included product development, stability studies, and preparation of dossiers. Jatinder holds an M.Pharm degree in Formulation Development from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, obtained between 2002 and 2004.
