Phillip Sasser is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in industrial and heavy civil construction. Currently employed at Moretrench Industrial since May 2021, Phillip estimates and manages construction projects throughout West Central Florida. Prior to this role, Phillip managed significant heavy civil construction projects at PCS Civil, Inc., with notable work on Hillsborough County Neighborhood Stormwater Construction projects. At Hatch, Phillip focused on estimating in the minerals and energy sectors while supporting project control activities. Experience with EMEGC involved estimating commercial electrical scopes of work, while earlier roles at The Walsh Group included various engineering positions on multi-million dollar water treatment and infrastructure projects, encompassing project management and quality control responsibilities. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
