Jennifer Grayson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Morey's Piers & Resorts since December 2019 and as an HR Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since August 2021, Grayson has a strong proficiency in human resources policies and labor relations. Prior experience includes working as a Labor Relations Assistant at the Department of Treasury, where guidance was provided to management on human resources matters. Grayson also has a tenure as a Tour Guide at Cape May MAC and Cape May Carriage Company, demonstrating versatility in roles. Grayson holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Rutgers University - Camden and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Education from Burlington County Community College.
