Hugo Asselin started their professional career in 2018 as a Data Analyst at DXC Technology, where they worked until September 2019. In 2020, they transitioned to SOMIG as a Mining Engineer, a role they held until October 2022. Currently, since May 2021, they serve as the Co-Founder of MORFO, a company that specializes in ecological restoration of forest ecosystems.

From 2019 to 2020, Hugo attended Mines Paris and the Réseau Mine & Société, where they pursued a degree in Mineral resources industry and society (MS MIRIS) with a major in Open-pit and underground mining operations.
