Kara Williams

Kara Williams, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kara started their career as an Associate Relations Intern at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in 2004. Kara then joined Yamada North America as a Compensation/Benefits Assistant Manager, where they worked for over a decade from 2004 to 2015. Currently, they are employed at McGregor Metalworking Companies, where they initially held the role of HR Manager from 2015 to 2018. Kara has since been promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources.

Kara Williams, PHR completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources/Business from The University of Findlay from 2000 to 2004.
