Summer Garrett

Summer Garrett has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at McGregor Metal since November 2021, where support is provided to over 140 associates. Prior to this, Summer worked at Speedway LLC for over two decades, advancing through roles including HR Coordinator, Division HR Administrative Assistant, and Background Screening Processor, with responsibilities ranging from reviewing non-merit rate increases to conducting background checks on new employees. Summer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Science in Business, both from Indiana Wesleyan University.
