Maribel Huerta

Maribel Huerta PMP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Site Leader at Morgan Advanced Materials since July 2024, Maribel oversees plant startup and operations. Prior experience includes roles as Trim Program Manager Lead and Plant Manager at Adient, where responsibilities included managing new product launches, engineering changes, and standardizing plant activities across Mexico. Maribel also held positions at Lexmark International, Genpact, Lear Corporation, and Capcom, contributing to continuous improvement, project management, resource optimization, and product engineering. Maribel holds an Engineering degree in Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, earned between 1991 and 1996.
