Steve Gladstone

Steve Gladstone is the Chief Financial Officer at Morgan Auto Group, the second largest automotive retailer in the U.S., since September 2023. Prior to this role, Steve served as Vice President of Finance at Pepin Distributing Company from November 2021 to September 2023, managing financial operations for a leading beverage distributor in the Tampa Bay area. Steve also held the position of Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Silver Eagle Distributors Houston for a brief period, and prior to that, served as Director and Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at RSM US LLP, where over 50 transactions were successfully processed. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Fund Analyst at Sterling Partners, a private-equity firm. Steve earned a BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland in 2011.
