Aaron Shott

Aaron Shott is a seasoned construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, earned in 2014. Since November 2021, Aaron has been serving as a Project Manager at Morgan Contracting, Inc., overseeing all phases of job site construction activities for water and wastewater facilities. Prior experience includes roles as an Estimator at Hickory Construction, Inc., and as a Project Engineer at Garney Construction, where responsibilities involved effective communication with clients and engineers through RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Aaron's career began at Grunau Company, where initial experience included assisting tradesmen on large-scale fire protection projects and rapidly advancing to responsibilities involving pipe and fittings installation.
