The Human Resources Team at Morgan Truck Body is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and retention, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures. They ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee benefits administration, conduct training programs, and support organizational development to maintain a productive and positive work environment across all manufacturing and service facilities in North America.
