David Bethea has extensive experience in health and physical education, currently serving as a Health & Physical Education Teacher at Morgan County School System since June 2021. Prior to this role, Bethea taught at Dacula High School from February 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Health & Physical Education teacher and Assistant Football Coach, specifically as the Varsity Defensive Backs Coach. At Dacula Middle School from August 2006 to May 2019, Bethea taught various subjects for grades 6-8, including Team Sports, Fitness, and Health. Additionally, Bethea was involved with Mill Creek High School between February 2007 and February 2014, serving as a 9th Grade Assistant Coach focusing on Defensive Backs and Wide Receivers. Bethea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health & Physical Education and Journalism from The University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Integrating Technology in the Classroom from Walden University.
