Jake Clifford

Jake Clifford, MAOL, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jake is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Morgan Distributing, Inc. since May 2021. Prior to that, Jake held positions at Worley, where they were the Midwest Area Director of Operations from April 2020 to May 2021 and the Site Manager at the Worley Decatur, IL site from March 2019 to April 2020. Jake managed various craft services provided to client manufacturing facilities, including Millwright, Pipefitting, Welding, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical Integrity, and Shop Fabrication.

Before joining Worley, Jake worked at Eaton as a Manufacturing Value Stream Manager from February 2017 to March 2019 and as a Plant Engineer from March 2013 to August 2017. Jake also gained experience at United Parcel Service as a Project Engineer from June 2005 to March 2013 and in Plant Engineering. Overall, Jake Clifford has a strong background in operations and management across different industries.

Jake Clifford completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Illinois University from 2001 to 2005. Jake later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Lincoln Christian University from 2017 to 2018.
