Rupert Fordham

Rupert Fordham is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the industry. As Co Founder and Non-Executive Director of Morgan Hunt since October 1994, Rupert has contributed to establishing the company as one of the leading recruitment agencies in the UK, specializing in services for clients across public, not-for-profit, and commercial sectors. Prior to Morgan Hunt, Rupert served as Director at West LB from May 1992 to June 1994, focusing on emerging markets as a bond trader, and held the position of Vice President at J.P. Morgan from 1987 to 1992 in a similar capacity. Rupert holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Cambridge, completed between 1978 and 1981.
