Will Worthington

Will Worthington is an experienced Principal Consultant in Executive Search and Selection, currently serving at Morgan Hunt since 2016, focusing on sourcing board members, chief executives, and directors for the charity, not-for-profit, education, and housing sectors. Will has also taken on the role of Ambassador for Youth Group since July 2023. Prior experience includes directing and consulting roles at Worthington Knight, MRL Group, and Morgan Hunt, alongside earlier recruitment experience at Barker Ross. Will holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Nottingham Trent University, earned between 1995 and 1998.
