Pam Finnell, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Morgan Hunter since July 2006. With a commitment to providing tailored hiring solutions, Morgan Hunter has supported Kansas City-area employers in various hiring needs. Prior to this role, Pam held several significant positions including Senior Recruiter for the Human Resources Division at Avila University, Director of Business Development at Scholastic Book Fairs, and Field Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Pam began the professional journey as a Financial Representative at JC Penney, where the career spanned from 1983 to 1997. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Avila University.
