Micaela Arena

Micaela Arena is an experienced professional in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as a Visitor Services Assistant at The Morgan Library & Museum and a Gallery Attendant at Dia Art Foundation. Previous roles include an Education and Visitor Services Intern at The Peggy Guggenheim Collection, an Educational Deckhand at Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, and a Met Collective Ambassador at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, where Micaela curated social media content and coordinated programming for college students. Micaela also has a strong background in alumni engagement and support through various roles with CUNY Cultural Corps, as well as experience in public health as a Flow Monitor for the Vaccine for All Corps. A Macaulay Honors College graduate with dual Bachelor's degrees in Art History and World Religions, Micaela has also contributed to political engagement efforts with organizations like the Working Families Party and DoSomething.org.
