Jacob Chen

Jacob Chen serves as Managing Director and Head of Southern China at Morgan Philips Group, a global talent solutions firm, since August 2021, while also heading the Shenzhen office. In addition, Jacob is a Senior Associate for China and Southeast Asia at The Pew Charitable Trusts, focusing on impactful data-driven public policies. Prior experience includes roles as Principal at Page Executive, focusing on executive search and leadership advisory, and Manager of Legal Practice & Human Capital at Michael Page. Jacob began a career in project management at Starbucks and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Beijing Normal University.
