Mark Macari is the Area VP of Facility Operations at Morgan Properties. Mark has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on marketing and strategic planning.

Macari began their career as a marketing manager at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant in 2016. Mark was quickly promoted to Vice President of Marketing due to their success in revitalizing the brand. During their four years with the company, they oversaw the re-design of all consumer-facing brand elements, including the menu, website, packaging, and social media presence. Mark also introduced a new loyalty program that increased membership by 43% and same store traffic by 7.8%.

In 2020, Macari left Iron Hill to join PicketFence Partners as a senior consultant. In their current role, they are responsible for helping the company develop a corporate marketing and strategic plan. Mark has successfully helped PicketFence Partners increase their web traffic by 71% and reduce their bounce rate.

Mark Macari has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Colgate University. Mark also has coursework in the Executive MBA Program from Michigan State University. In addition, they have taken online courses in cultural anthropology and philosophy from Duke University and Hamilton College, respectively. Mark is also certified in data enablement and CTV buying from SpotX. Additionally, they have a certification in COVID-19 contact tracing from the Johns Hopkins University. Finally, they have certifications in sports marketing essentials and HubSpot email marketing from Front Office Sports and HubSpot, respectively.
