Nicholas Brown

Nicholas Brown has extensive experience in utilities management and client account management, currently serving as the Senior Utilities Manager at Morgan Properties since June 2022, following earlier roles as Utilities Manager and Utilities Analyst within the same organization. Previous experience includes working as an Account Manager at Triple Crown from November 2021 to March 2022 and as an intern at the UNH Prevention Innovations Research Center, where Nicholas contributed to data cleaning and reporting for a sexual violence prevention initiative. Additionally, Nicholas participated in a MBA Capstone Consulting Project at the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, focusing on market entry strategies for the European unmanned aerial market, and served as a Teacher’s Assistant during undergraduate studies. Nicholas holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution.
