Raelene Maia

Raelene Maia has over 20 years of work experience. Raelene began their career in 1997 as an Optical Filter Technician/Test Technician at Barr Associates. In 1998, they moved to Oxford Health Plans, where they served as a Provider Operations Administrator. In 2006, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Customer Service Representative. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at Foundation Medical Partners in various roles, including Practice Manager, Office Coordinator, Lead Receptionist, Medical Receptionist, and Medical Records Clerk. In 2016, they began working at Staffing Now as an Administrative Assistant, and simultaneously at Dynamex - TForce Final Mile in the same role. In 2018, they joined Haven of Hope as a Recovery Support Staff. In 2019, they joined Morgan Records Management LLC as the Director of Medical Records and Privacy Officer and Operations Coordinator.

Raelene Maia earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Rivier University between 2010 and 2014. Raelene also earned an Associate's Degree in Medical Assistant from Mount Washington College between 2004 and 2006.
