Luke Owen Mrics

Luke Owen MRICS is a highly experienced commercial manager with a solid background in quantity surveying and construction management. Since January 2017, Luke has worked at Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure as a Commercial Manager in Cardiff/Bristol, overseeing various projects in both pre-construction and construction phases. Prior to this role, Luke served as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Bouygues Construction, managing the commercial aspects of a £40 million Super School project for NPT Council. Additionally, Luke gained valuable experience as a Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK, where responsibilities included project quantity surveying for a £450 million wind energy project. Luke holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from The University of Glamorgan, complemented by leadership training through the ILM Managers Essentials Programme.
