Tony Hall

Tony Hall is a seasoned professional in commercial management with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Manager at Morgan Sindall since January 2009, Tony leads major projects including the smart motorways scheme for M62 Junction 10-12 and the A1 Dishforth to Leeming project, while also overseeing the company's RICS APC training programme. Prior to this role, Tony held commercial management positions at Skanska, Kier Group, and Scott Wilson, where notable contributions included managing the Scarborough Integrated Transport Scheme and establishing Scott Wilson Africa Projects Limited. Tony began a career with Turner & Townsend, advancing to associate partner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University.
